We are seeking dependable and safety‑focused flaggers to assist with directing trucks as they back into tight or congested job sites. This role is critical to maintaining job site safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates are quick learners, adaptable, and comfortable working around active construction environments.

• Safely guide and direct trucks during backing and positioning in tight spaces
• Maintain clear communication with drivers and crew members
• Monitor surroundings to prevent accidents, property damage, or injuries
• Follow all job site safety procedures and traffic control standards
• Assist with general job site tasks as needed

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to various job sites
• Dependable, punctual, and self‑motivated
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing job site conditions
• Strong situational awareness and communication skills
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Willingness to learn job‑specific safety and operational procedures
• Must be able to pass a 10‑point drug screen
