Are you highly organized with a sharp eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and deadlines matter? We're looking for a Mortgage Title Closing Agent to join our client's team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and accurate processing of loan files after closing.
Schedule:
8am - 5pm
Salary: $35,000 - $40,000/yr.
- Review closed loan packages for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify that all required documents are signed, notarized, and properly recorded.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and investor guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver final loan packages to lenders, investors, or agencies.
- Track and resolve any post-closing deficiencies or corrections.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and internal staff to resolve outstanding issues.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and archiving loan documents.
- Must have 2 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in mortgage, banking, or title industry preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional mortgage/title training a plus.
