As an Operations Senior Specialist III
- Document Execution in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. Your space will be around researching and releasing title liens.

You will be responsible for researching Chase systems and online resources to determine authority to release title liens as well as creating the release document in adherence with State and County guidelines. You will be responsible for communicating effectively across lines of business for third party requests pertaining to lien release. You may be responsible for multiple functions within the Customer Research process.
