Guest Experience Concierge

A hospitality company in Monroe is looking for a Guest Services Agent to provide excellent service during check-in, throughout the guest's stay, and  ideal candidate will effectively communicate with guests, manage multiple tasks, and have a keen customer service orientation. Prior hotel experience is preferred, alongside a high school diploma. This role requires standing for long hours and the ability to maintain a friendly demeanor at all times, contributing positively to the guest experience.
