Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative, based in Monroe, LA. The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining customer relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities also include promoting Shelter Insurance® products, processing policy applications, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires active engagement with customers, responding to inquiries, and delivering exceptional service to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and expertise in Insurance Brokerage
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and effectively manage client relationships
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management
- State-specific insurance licenses or ability to obtain them shortly after hire
- Previous experience in insurance or related sales roles is preferred
