The purpose for this position is to oversee the sales and service operation of a branch office, ensuring sales and profit goals are met. Key activities include selling, managing sales and administrative staff, overseeing office sales activities and strategic planning.

• Oversee the sales and service operation of a branch office to meet sales and profit goals.
• Sell and manage sales and administrative staff; oversee office sales activities and strategic planning.
• Participate in or lead divisions as applicable:
• Search Division: Sales environment comprised of Recruiters who specialize in contingency search/retained placements in a local, regional or national market.
• Local Staffing Temporary Division: Sales environment comprised of Account Executives and Recruiters who specialize in temporary and temp-to-hire placements in a local market.
• Local Staffing Full Service Division: Sales environment comprised of Account Executives and Recruiters who specialize in temporary, temp-to-hire and contingency fee career placements in a local market.

• Minimum of two years staffing industry experience managing a profitable environment preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel when necessary to attend sales meetings and training classes.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Education or work experience in the area of management.
• Industry certified or equivalent work experience.
