• Can coordinate with crews, customers, and vendors

• Managing job schedules and coordinating with roofing crews
• Ordering, tracking, and managing materials, deliveries, and inventory
• Monitoring the quality of installations and conducting site inspections
• Serving as a point of contact for customers, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction
• Ensuring all permits, licenses, and project-related paperwork are accurate and complete
• Tracking project expenses, monitoring costs, and ensuring projects stay within budget
• Implementing safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment
• Identifying opportunities for improved production processes and efficiency
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Building relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams

• You’re organized and detail-oriented
• You’re an effective communicator and problem solver
• You’re comfortable with computers, project management tools, and technical systems
• You enjoy working as part of a team while managing independent responsibilities
• You have experience in scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping
• You’re familiar with quality control, change order management, and material management
• You can handle multiple priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction
