• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Monitor project quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reporting
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communication logs
• Mentor and guide project teams to optimize performance and productivity

• Proven experience as a project manager in commercial or industrial electrical projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC code, and construction practices
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent organizational, financial, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to working flexible hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines
