Carwash Manager

Seeking a motivated, hands‑on Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with car wash industry knowledge who is self‑driven, accountable, and eager to grow with a fast‑growing local business.

$50,000 per year base salary

Commission opportunities based on performance and sales

Must be able to rotate day, night, and weekend shifts

Flexible availability is required

On‑site, hands‑on management role

Oversee day‑to‑day car wash operations

Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain productivity and accountability

Ensure equipment is operating properly and coordinate maintenance as needed

Monitor chemical usage, inventory, and site cleanliness

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally

Track sales, memberships, and operational performance

Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee development

Utilize ICS (Integrated Control Systems) software for operations, reporting, and system management

Prior car wash industry experience preferred

Familiarity with ICS software or similar car wash management systems

Strong leadership and communication skills

Self‑motivated and able to work independently

Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and best practices

Mechanically inclined or operationally minded is a plus

Reliable transportation and strong attendance history

Professional, positive attitude with a team‑first mindset
