• $50,000 per year base salary

• Must be able to rotate day, night, and weekend shifts
• Flexible availability is required
• On-site, hands‑on management role

• Oversee day‑to‑day car wash operations
• Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain productivity and accountability
• Ensure equipment is operating properly and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Monitor chemical usage, inventory, and site cleanliness
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Track sales, memberships, and operational performance
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee development
• Utilize ICs (Integrated Control Systems) software for operations, reporting, and system management

• Prior car wash industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with ICs or similar car wash management systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and best practices
• Mechanically inclined or operationally minded is a plus
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
• Professional, positive attitude with a team‑first mindset
