They are looking for an experienced Plant Manager that lives within a 50-mile radius of their facility. As their Plant Manager, you’d receive a high base with bonus potential, opportunities to advance, and stellar benefits!
What You ll Do- Oversee the engineering team and the manufacturing process
- Purchase materials and services to successfully operate the facility
- Hire, supervise, and train operations and product staff
- Leadership experience in a similar role
- Proven track record developing, leading, and maintaining continuous improvement
- Experience working in metal doors and frames a plus
