Production Supervisor

Job Overview

Now hiring Production Supervisor.

Location:

Monroe, LA.
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
Shift: Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays), 8 AM – 5 PM.

You’re a hands‑on leader who can run a shift, hit production targets, and keep the crew motivated and safe. This is more than a warehouse gig; it’s a leadership role.

• Diploma or GED (extra training is a bonus).
• 2+ years experience in an industrial environment.
• Able to stand, lift 50 lbs, and maintain shift pace.
• Knowledge of safety rules and ability to enforce them.
• Knowledge of steel products and pipe manufacturing process.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications.

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of team members involved in metal processing, pipe fabrication, and related production operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all work is completed efficiently and in alignment with production schedules.
• Inspect finished work to verify it meets all specifications, quality requirements, and company standards.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies; conduct routine safety inspections to ensure a safe work environment.
• Oversee proper use, care, and maintenance of tools, machinery, and materials to support optimal productivity.
• Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and support for new employees and existing staff to strengthen skill levels and overall team performance.
• Identify and address production issues quickly while implementing effective corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, labor hours, material usage, and other required documentation.
• Work closely with sales, logistics, maintenance, and other departments to meet customer needs and support smooth workflow across the organization.
