Schedule
Training takes place on 1st Shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 2 to 6 weeks before transitioning to:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
What You'll Do
- Load, unload, and move steel materials
- Package and inspect finished products
- Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards

Required Qualifications
- Ability to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to consistent attendance
- Ability to perform physical, repetitive work and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or mechanical experience
- Experience operating industrial equipment or machinery
