- Drive overall team performance by ensuring strong accountability across operations, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
- Lead, coach, and mentor employees to support productivity, engagement, and achievement of business goals
- Evaluate team capabilities and support ongoing development to build a high-performing workforce
- Contribute to hiring and retention efforts while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across departments
- Adjust workflows and processes to meet production demands and improve efficiency
- Champion a strong safety culture by leading initiatives, addressing incidents, and supporting continuous safety improvements
- Prior experience leading frontline teams, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Comfortable using systems and tools to track performance, production, and operational data
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
