• Experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail, preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant (QSR).
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects and stand or walk for entire shifts.

Shift Manager employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires are as follows:

• General: $8.00 to $20.00 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below.
• Maryland: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.
• New York: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour.
• New York City: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
• Cincinnati, OH: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour.
• Toledo, OH: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour.
