• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a 'friends first' mindset. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the selling model.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Be flexible and able to work across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Demonstrate integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people and have energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends and holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
