Deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while helping achieve sales goals. Support store initiatives and represent the brand's customer experience expectations.

• Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and building client relationships.
• Use alternative shopping and purchasing options, digital tools, and product discovery resources to support customers.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, participate in team training, and support company initiatives.
• Share feedback with management about successes, opportunities, and category needs.

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and work on foot for multiple hours; maneuver around the sales floor and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
