Summary
The Part-Time Sales Associate delivers personalized, inspiring shopping experiences while contributing to store sales goals. This customer-focused team member supports Ralph Lauren brand standards, initiatives, and an inclusive shopping environment.
Responsibilities- Drive sales by putting customers at the center of decisions and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Build customer relationships and clientele, and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards, participate in team training, and communicate opportunities to management.
- Support company initiatives and represent the customer experience in alignment with brand expectations.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
- Operate a register and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting or climbing as required.
- Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
