• Monitor and secure premises by patrolling assigned areas regularly.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Enforce company policies and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents and daily activities.
• Assist in the training of new security personnel as needed.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with staff and visitors.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a security guard or similar role.
• Valid security guard license in Louisiana.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
