Maintenance Tech​/Porter

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician / Porter to support daily maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across multiple job sites. This role requires someone who can think quickly, work independently, and handle a variety of hands-on tasks. Ideal candidates have basic plumbing and carpentry skills and take pride in doing quality work safely and efficiently.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing and carpentry.
• Assist with upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of job sites.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and take corrective action as needed.
• Use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Travel to various job sites as required.

• Basic plumbing knowledge required.
• Carpentry skills and general maintenance experience preferred.
• Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and be a quick learner.
• Knowledge of hand tools and safe work practices.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
