• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Prepare units for new residents by completing necessary repairs and cleaning.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from residents.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
