We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician / Porter to support daily maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across multiple job sites. This role requires someone who can think quickly, work independently, and handle a variety of hands‑on tasks. Ideal candidates have basic plumbing and carpentry skills and take pride in doing quality work safely and efficiently.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing and carpentry
• Assist with upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of job sites
• Troubleshoot minor issues and take corrective action as needed
• Use hand tools safely and effectively
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Travel to various job sites as required

• Basic plumbing knowledge required
• Carpentry skills and general maintenance experience preferred
• Quick thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and be a quick learner
• Knowledge of hand tools and safe work practices
• Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail
• High level of integrity and reliability
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
