Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

• Maintain general ledger accuracy, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close

• Analyze manufacturing costs including labor, materials, overhead, scrap, and work-in-process (WIP)

• Reconcile inventory, WIP, and finished goods accounts

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and product profitability analysis

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP

• Collaborate with operations and production teams to understand cost drivers and improve margins

• Support capital project accounting and fixed asset tracking

• Assist with internal and external audits, including inventory and cost-related documentation

• Utilize ERP systems to maintain accurate financial and cost data

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with inventory accounting and variance analysis

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls

• ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  $65,000-$80,000/year
