• Have previous experience working as a general laborer
• Construction experience is a plus
• Liquid asphalt terminal experience is a plus
• Have the ability to follow all safety guidelines as required by the company, OSHA, MIOSHA and all other government regulations
• Basic computer literacy; efficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
• Be willing to follow instructions
• Be available to work varying schedules including evenings, over‑night and weekends
• Have a willingness to work in a team environment and assist co‑workers or supervisors with other duties as required
• Display a professional and courteous attitude to co‑workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times
• Report to work at the designated start time

• Position works indoors and outdoors and is subject to outdoor weather
• Position works with hot liquid asphalt and qualified candidates will be able to comprehend and follow all safety instructions and guidelines
