About the RoleAs a Caregiver
, you will provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily activities. Your care will help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while also providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Provide personal care services like bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed.
- Encourage social engagement and meaningful activities.
- Offer medication reminders and mobility support.
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition.
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for clients and their families.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to pass background checks, including a Criminal Background Investigation and Motor Vehicle Driving Record.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Must be able to complete Comfort Keepers' training and orientation program.
- Ability to work independently while following company policies and procedures.
- You’ll work in client homes, providing support in a comfortable and respectful setting.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with mobility if needed.
- Some exposure to blood borne pathogens or infectious diseases may occur (training provided).
