We are looking for Behavior Technicians in the Monroe area to provide center‑based and in‑home services. Pay range is $19–$22 per hour. Hours of operation are Mon‑Fri, 8‑4pm. A minimum of 10 hours availability, including two evenings required, is needed. We can accommodate most school schedules.

To work in a fast‑paced and often intense learning environment providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Responsibilities- Follow a treatment plan developed by a supervising BCBA and collaborate with the treatment team.
- Prompt safe and socially appropriate behaviors to build communication, social interaction, and problem‑solving skills.
- Adhere to standards for data collection, therapy documentation, and professional conduct.
- Perform tasks requested by the supervising BCBA within the boundaries of the BT role when providing treatment.
- Collaborate with supervising BCBA to communicate client‑specific progress and changes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
- Facilitate client daily needs including feeding, toileting, and dressing.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized therapeutic environment.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, including required training.
- Follow the Code of Ethics as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and other credentialing bodies.
- Commit to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA laws.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
- Effective time‑management skills, including managing multiple tasks at one time.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co‑workers, supervisors, and community members.
- Commitment to training and development in clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology.
- Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols and written instructions for therapy sessions.
- Must maintain a professional appearance with regard to clothing, grooming, hair, and makeup.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to pass all background checks and complete required training.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing to sit on the floor for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing to work in various environments (home, schools, centers, community settings).
- Must be willing to drive within a 30‑mile radius as needed for treatment of clients in home, community, and school settings.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
- Must have access to email and phone contact.
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in psychology, special education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or related human service fields.
- Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is preferred but not required.
