NORTHEAST DELTA HUMAN SERVICES AUTHORITY MISSION:
Serve as a catalyst for individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disorders to help them realize their full human potential by offering quality, excellent care with greater accessibility. Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is looking for an experienced and dedicated Behavioral Health Inpatient Facility Manager to promote, direct, and supervise the effective operations of a residential treatment center to meet the needs of the consumer, their families, and the public by utilizing all available resources.
In this role, you will be responsible for assuring the continued transition and adherence to the Integrated Care Model.
A master's degree in human or health services, social work, or a social sciences field; health care or behavioral health administration, nursing, or public health plus four years of experience providing health services, behavioral health treatment, social services, nursing, or counseling; OR
A doctorate in human or health services, social work, or a social sciences field; health care or behavioral health administration, nursing, or public health plus two years of experience providing health services, behavioral health treatment, social services, nursing, or counseling.

Job DutiesDirects, plans, and implements the programs serving the residential treatment needs of the consumers through the Reaching Independence through Support and Education (R.I.S.E.) Treatment Center.
Assesses program needs in residential services and makes recommendations to the Admin Program Director relative to this as well as planning and implementing special programming related to integrated care services.
Administers treatment center programs by scheduling assignments and supervision work of subordinate staff.
Oversees and assures the effective working operation and accessibility of the R.I.S.E. Treatment Center while determining organizational requirements of personnel, materials, supplies, and equipment.
Initiates professional correspondence, completes reports as needed, participates in in-service trainings for staff, completes required trainings in a timely manner and participates in integrated care outreach initiatives, as assigned.

Location: R.I.S.E Treatment Facility
Compensation: NEDHSA is a designated approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians who work at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans.
- 2-year Full-Time Clinical Practice: NHSC will pay up to $50,000
* for an initial 2 years of full-time clinical practice to clinicians.
(Full-time clinical practice is defined as no less than 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 45 weeks per year.)
