Patient Service Coordinator - Monroe Neurology

Pro Medica Senior Care -  [Medical Office Assistant / Scheduler] As a Patient Service Coordinator at Pro Medica Senior Care, you'll:
Immediately greet patients and visitors as they make contact with the practice;
Register new patients and verify patient demographics and insurance information on existing patients as they arrive for their appointment;
Answer and/or triage patient telephone calls, record complete and accurate messages and obtain necessary instructions from the provider, office manager, nurses, etc;
Coordinate the scheduling of patient appointments.
