Outpatient Behavioral Therapist — Trauma-Informed Care

Pro Medica Monroe Physicians seeks an Outpatient Behavioral Therapist to provide counseling for adults and minors with mental health and substance use concerns in an outpatient setting. You will assess emotional and social needs, develop and monthly review a personalized treatment plan, and deliver crisis intervention when needed while coordinating care with other providers.
