Primary Responsibilities:

• Work and assist as directed by the Facilitator.
• Operate and monitor equipment in the work area.
• Handle and prepare materials.
• Process products for the next work stage.
• Maintain a safe work environment through housekeeping and 5S principles.
• Demonstrate ability to qualify for sequential positions.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Obtain and maintain necessary equipment permits.
• Manage spare parts and supplies.
• Perform quality checks and inspections.
• Utilize EMM & GBS concepts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass written test with at least 70%.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Follow health, safety, environmental, and quality policies.

• Maintain housekeeping.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a valid lift truck license.

• Maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Assist with spill cleanup.

• Follow environmental procedures and regulations.
• Complete annual environmental training.
• Manage spill containment and dust control.
