Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care for residents.
• Supervise care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
• Deliver safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Assess resident health, notify physicians of status changes, and implement new orders promptly.
• Develop and implement plans of care based on assessments.
• Contribute to MDS/CAA assessments and plan development.
• Support team collaboration and communication.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Michigan.
• CPR certification.
