As a Dayshift Registered Nurse at Ohioans Home Health, you will perform the admission visit for all new home health clients and establish a plan of care that will be the foundation of all care delivery. Working in the Toledo area, you will apply your strong assessment skills to recognize the need for other disciplines that may be required to provide patient care.

• One year of acute care experience
• Current RN state licensure
• Ability to travel for in‑home patient visits
• Exceptional time‑management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Home healthcare/case management experience preferred
• Ability to work a Panama schedule (12‑hour shifts)
