Pilot Company, via Pilot Flying J, is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will generate and execute business plans to meet sales and profit objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will build, coach, and deploy teams, conduct meetings, manage vendor relations, drive sales, monitor inventory, deliver service, and perform P&L analyses.
