As an Assistant Store Manager, you  play a key leadership role in keeping our sales floor running smoothly. From coaching team members to ensuring compliance and stepping in wherever needed, you  set the standard for professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence.

• Direct and oversee sales floor operations from opening through closing
• Train and mentor new employees on service standards, policies, and procedures
• Create and manage daily lunch and break schedules to keep coverage consistent
• Delegate tasks, support staff, and keep the sales floor organized and productive
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support coaching or disciplinary actions
• Address customer and employee concerns quickly and fairly
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
• Step into any sales floor role to maintain service levels when needed

We  seeking a strong communicator and natural leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can balance team management with hands‑on support. The ideal candidate is:

• Experienced in cannabis retail leadership (1+ year preferred)
• Skilled at motivating and guiding staff while modeling professionalism
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and adaptable under pressure
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Confident in compliance, company policies, and operational standards

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate  degree in Business Management preferred
• At least one year of cannabis retail supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment (including background check and agent card, if applicable)
