Requirements- Two years of experience or training in building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or as a parks building and grounds attendant; OR
- Completion of a two-year vocational technical program in general building construction, construction technology, or engineering; OR
- Twelve semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses.

Job Duties- Unstop drain pans and drain lines on fan coil units. Repair or replace thermostats.
- Perform routine maintenance and general repairs on a variety of motorized equipment. Tasks may include tune-ups, replacing or adjusting worn or damaged parts (such as generators, alternators, starters, pumps, belts, and pads), and limited disassembly of major components to assess needed repairs.
- Clean and maintain equipment such as chiller coils to keep systems operating efficiently.
- Make basic repairs to appliances, including part replacement and adjustments.
- Safely start, operate, and inspect equipment to ensure proper function and identify maintenance needs.
