Base Pay Range$17.00/hr – $22.00/hr
Job SummaryMaintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service at all times, including general building and ground maintenance, upkeep of currently occupied apartments, troubleshooting mechanical and maintenance issues, appliance repair, electrical work, plumbing, and conducting move‑in/move‑out inspections.
Key Qualifications- Positive, “How can I help” attitude.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of repair work experience.
- Knowledge in HVAC, painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs.
- A/C certified Type I–II (Universal preferred).
- Availability for rotation of after‑hours emergency maintenance calls.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
