Concierge

Monroe Village is seeking a courteous and friendly Concierge to join our team!

Monroe Village is a Life Plan Community located in Monroe Twp, NJ. We are currently in search of a Full-Time Concierge to join our team. At Springpoint, our Concierge is responsible for providing the highest level of hospitality to guests and residents, as they give the first impression to all visitors at the community.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all calls received in a timely fashion. Provide information, take messages, route calls to the appropriate party, and assist in placing calls when necessary.
• Answer inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff while maintaining an atmosphere of personal interest and positivity, and that the community’s customer service standards are always met.
• Respond to all emergency calls in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Provide concierge services including proper routing of work orders, routing resident concerns to the appropriate department supervisor and documenting chargeable services.
• Make reservations for the guest house and record appropriate charges for billing purposes.
• Receive, catalog, and distribute packages.
• Understand community fire and evacuation procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hospitality customer service role preferred.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.80 / hour
