• Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and thermal analysis to evaluate stress distribution, structural durability, and deformation patterns in mechanical components.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives by coordinating raw materials procurement, production line setup, and regulatory documentation.

• Optimize Epicor Prophet 21 ERP workflows to align procurement, inventory management, and quality control checkpoints.
• Manage prototyping and rework processes using CNC machines, press tooling, and pneumatic equipment to support short-run production.
