This Full-Time position offers a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus and a competitive annual salary ranging from $105,000 to $110,000. The MDS Coordinator will oversee the RAI process, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage resident assessments. Ideal candidates should have supervisory experience and a current nursing license.
