House Manager
As a House Manager at Dungarvin, you will coordinate daily operations of a residential program for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, ensuring person-centered care and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities- Manage a single residential program in New Jersey.
- Monitor, coordinate and assure delivery of services to each individual on a daily basis.
- Provide daily supervision and oversight of all staff at each location.
- Ensure daily health care and nutritional needs are met.
- Coordinate and communicate changes in services, hospitalizations and other issues.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and upkeep of the home and vehicle.
- Ensure compliance with emergency procedures.
- Promote a positive cooperative relationship with team members, vendors, neighbors, law enforcement and emergency personnel.
- Manage budgeting and spending accounts, ensuring they are collected and reported as required.
Mon 9a-5p, Tues 9a-5p, Wed 10a-6p, Thurs 3p-11p, Sun 8a-4p & On-call
Salary49,200 – 52,000 annually

- Two-year degree in a related social services field and/or two years of experience with IDD (Intellectual/Developmental Disability).
- Experience working in the field of developmental disabilities; supervisory experience preferred.

- Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment.
- Computer skills for documentation.
