The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for handling electrical and mechanical projects for our facilities, including equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. This position runs Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.

• Troubleshoots and repairs various manufacturing equipment.
• Uses knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Uses power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work.
• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and manufacturer's instructions.
• Installs, sets up, and tunes new injection molding machines or similar plastic molding systems. May install and maintain fixtures and facilities.
• Services equipment used by oiling, greasing, and adding gas as required.
• Fixes potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Preferred two or more years of experience as an industrial mechanic.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics.
• Skill in applying building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety.
• Ability to work overtime with a flex schedule on weekends.
• Requires some pushing, pulling, or lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
