Job Description: Cook – Monroe – Full-time – $22.50 hourly rate – The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike community
-Excellent benefits including generous optional medical, dental and vision plans, 25 paid days off, pension plan, eligibility for annual holiday bonus, and free meal with every shift worked – 11:00am – 7:00pm including every other weekend – The Cook will support the Lead Cook in daily cooking operations. The Cook is responsible to ensure the highest quality and standards of meals are professionally prepared plus presented with excellence.

• Culinary degree or related experience;
• Experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook or Sauté Cook;
• Skill and experience with Hotel, Country Club and/or Restaurant menus
• Ala Carte Dining Experience preferred
• Serv Safe certified, able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment
• Flu vaccine required, or receive an exemption prior to employment
• Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes
