Stop & Shop is seeking a Part Time Closer to join our management team. • Perform total store management responsibilities as required.
• Manage, implement and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in all areas of the store to be compliant with federal, state, local and Stop & Shop policy and procedures.
• Minimize store expenses through efficient use of supplies, proper use and maintenance of equipment and identifying cost cutting opportunities.
• Ensure the on-going maintenance and organization of the grocery backroom to promote proper product rotation and associate productivity.
• Maintain the company sign program, merchandise weekly distributions and seasonal product and order shelf stock and sale items.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma required, some college preferred.
• Experience:
  
  2–4 years previous grocery retail management experience preferred.
• Special
  
  Skills:
  
  Interpersonal, decision making, delegation, leadership and conflict management skills.
