Schedule:

On call, no set schedule; must have flexible schedule. Part time: 1st/2nd shift and some overnight shifts. Hourly pay: $22.00. Must have SORA and valid driver's license.

Residential and commercial properties rely on Planned Security Services (PSS) to provide routine patrol, gate house security, mobile patrol, fire watch, and control room monitoring. This role ensures a security presence and prompt response to incidents.

• Routine security & safety patrol of property and structures.
• Verify and track access credentials of residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ensure all exits, doors, and windows are secure and functioning.
• Monitor and track surveillance cameras (CCTV) to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Respond to, investigate, and assess notifications, communications, and alarms.
• Provide security related assistance and support to residents, guests and vendors in need.
• Report uninvited guests, suspicious possessions, and all unlawful acts to proper authorities.
• Create and submit daily surveillance and incident reports to Planned Security Services management.

• Clean/Valid Driver’s License.
• 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer or Guard.
• Knowledge of local, regional, and state legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Experience with Closed Circuit (CCTV) surveillance systems.
• Training in First Aid, Basis Life Saving (BLS) and self-defense.
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma required.
