- Executing standard operating procedures to process overages, shortages & damages (OS&D’s), perform load closures, data entry, and pull reports.
- Coverage on load‑planning/receiving/picking when necessary.
- Assist with daily task reconciliation and research on invalid cases.
- Prepare pick sheets for the team to complete.
- Take ownership of warehouse functions; ensuring processes are completed correctly.
- Effectively communicate via phone and email to internal and external personnel.
- Promote safety awareness and cultivate a safety culture throughout the company to help avoid unsafe or hazardous working conditions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience with RF scanners.
- At least 1 year of forklift driving experience with Swing Reach, Reach Truck, & Order Picker.
- This is an onsite and in‑office role.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
- AS400 Warehouse Management system knowledge.
- Organized, detailed, and capable of multi‑tasking.
- Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team — performing whatever duties are necessary.
- Availability to work a full‑time schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and strong communication skills.
- Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable walking/standing 90% of the day.
- Comfortable operating an Order Picker (OP) and Swing Reach (SW) up to 35 ft.
