Warehouse Associate – Day Shift (Mon-Fri) – Monroe, NJ

The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. This is a day‑shift position (Mon‑Fri) with overtime availability. The role is based in Monroe, NJ.

Salary is regionally based at $19–$21 per hour.

• Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments of goods.
• Sorting, organizing, and storing inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to established procedures.
• Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed.
• Performing regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assisting with the assembly and packaging of products as required.
• Following all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic math skills for counting and recording inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Forklift certification with prior demonstrable experience.
• Electric pallet jack certification.
