Staff Accountant

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives as a self-starter and problem solver
. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and help drive efficient accounting processes.

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, vendor bills, payments, reconciliations, and collections.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations; support month-end and quarter-end close.
• Prepare internal financial reports, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulations.
• Process employee expense reports, sales tax filings, audits, and maintain organized financial documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve financial inquiries and support onboarding, credit applications, and billing.
• Assist with ad hoc projects, special initiatives, and provide notary services as needed.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel; SAP or other ERP systems a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, or Method (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive,
  solutions-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
