Union County in North Carolina is seeking a Records Clerk in the Human Services – Business Operations:
Records division. The role focuses on scanning, indexing, purging, and filing medical records across paper, electronic, and microfilm formats, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
The position also serves as a backup to Vital Records Technicians, reviews birth/death certificates for completeness, coordinates input with hospitals and the State Vital Records office, and handles immunization data
