We are hiring a Bilingual Estimator to support our cabinetry and counter top (granite, quartz, stone) projects. You will work closely with our Sales, Design, Production, and Purchasing teams to ensure quotes, material lists, and purchase orders are accurate and completed on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, reviewing plans, and supporting multiple departments.

• Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals
• Review blueprints and layouts to confirm measurements and materials
• Work closely with the Purchasing Department on pricing and order details
• Support Sales and Design with product knowledge and pricing
• Maintain pricing databases and builder program updates
• Communicate with builders, vendors, and internal teams
• Follow up with builders to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities
• Ensure all estimates align with company standards and profitability goals

• Strong knowledge of cabinets, countertops, materials, and installation processes
• Ability to read blueprints, takeoffs, and construction plans
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines
• Bilingual in English + Spanish or Portuguese (required)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Mgmt, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1+ year experience in estimating, project coordination, or purchasing
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and estimating software
• Experience working in cabinetry, countertops, or construction is a plus

• Primarily office‑based with occasional visits to production areas
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
