JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Director of Exceptional Children, the EC Programming and Coaching Specialist provides leadership, coaching, and coordination of services to ensure the effective implementation of high-quality instructional practices for students with disabilities. This position includes oversight of EC service delivery, alignment with IEPs, and staff capacity-building through job-embedded professional development.
